As part of Concord’s continuous improvement policy, we’ve invested in some new software to help streamline communication between our office and engineering teams.
We’re now running on our new Joblogic business software, to give us greater transparency across the business. All employees are now able to see the real-time status of all our projects and enquiries, as the engineers can access the system via their mobile phones whilst out on-site. The new system is also providing improved efficiencies in our administration, such as with quoting and invoicing, as Joblogic nicely connects in to our finance system.
Here’s Grant working on the system. He’s had a busy few weeks migrating data, ready for the system’s go-live date of 1st October. We’re pleased to report that all went well with the launch, thanks to all Grant’s hard work!
